Incan Pantheon (Scion)
Much like the people that once worshiped them, the Incan Pantheon, or the AnuApu, are a social group of gods not only dedicated to the defense of the Overworld, but also to the sense of duty they still feel they have to the descendants of the empire that once worshiped them. While many of the gods are spiteful of Quetzalcoatl who brought down the fury of the Europeans on them, they are fairly neutral to the Atzlanti, as they are much like themselves, remains of a dead culture.

Redigera
History
Redigera
The AnuApu trace their history back to the dawn of the Incan empire, were the god Inti took mercy upon a small fledgling village who soon grew into prosperity and began conquering the tribes around them. Soon enough, under the guidance of their sun god, the Inca people grew into a powerful gathering of tribes that formed the Incan empire. This, to the gods of the Incan pantheon, was the discovery of civilization and culture, something that a few of their numbers deny that they ever shared with the rest of the world, thus giving credit to the other pantheon's views that it was they who spread it through the world.
The recent history of the AnuApu have had its twists and turns though... they became active in the world once more after the second world war, seeing an opportunity to cast of the shackles that the few remaining worshipers of them had been forced to wear thanks to the Catholic church, but so far they've failed to establish a powerful presence outside of Peru. Most of their new born scions are just about mature enough to receive their visitations though, so this might soon change...
The Marriage of the Sun and Moon
Redigera
In the decades leading up to the rise of the Incan empire, the sun god Inti saw that his people needed a strong leader, so thus he voed a woman named Hixxuala with his charms and asked her father for her price. The father, not realizing that the young man asking to marry his daughter was the sun god Inti, he asked for the modest price of ten llamas to support him when his daughter was gone. Struck by Hixxuala's father's mercy for his daughters love, Inti revealed his true nature and gifted the daughter with divinity, turning Hixxuala into Mama Quilla. He then brought her into the mountains near Cuzco and with his divine gaze he burrowed a cave into the mountain were he hid heraway so that they could emerge when his son, already growing in Mama Quilla's belly, was ready. In honor to his wife it's said that Inti let the Moon stay in the air twice as long as normal during the month were his son was born.
The Rise of the first Emperor
Redigera
The first emperor, Manco Capac, left the great cave and set out to form the Incan empire. He was not immediatly recognized as the son of the great Inti though, so he first had to endure a series of test devised by the priests of the budding empire. The first test was designed to cause Manco to fail, as it stated that he needed to best his brother in combat. As he was the only child, he had no brother and all seemed lost. However, Manco went out into the jungle and draped himself in wines and leaves before returning to Cuzco. There he masqueraded as his own brother and claimed he was to much of a coward to face his brother with his face showing and he promised to return the next day and fight his brother. Manco then voed a woman to dress up like he did and the priest was forced to accept that Manco bested his brother.
The second test was for him to best his brother in a swimming contest in Lake Titicaca. Once more he asked the woman to dress up as his brother and once again he bested her. As fate would have it though, the waters dissolved the costume and she rose up of the lake as a woman. Inti had mercy on his sun though and caused the sun to shine so brightly in the sky that no one saw that she was a woman and she could retreat back to her home without humiliating herself. When Manco was declared Emperor, he took her as his first wife and she bore him many sons.
Relationship with other pantheon
Redigera
Among the largest and most influential of the pantheons of the new world, the inca pantheon are divided in their feelings for the other pantheons. They respect the Psedjet for their traditions and their stability, but they dislike the fact that they remain so aloof of the other pantheons. The Dodekhanteon can throw good parties and such, but they lack the unity and spirituality of the Incas and often squabble among themselves over petty feuds.
Of all the pantheons, the Inca surprisingly enjoy the company of the Aesir and the Tuathe'de'anan the best. Their raw emotions and brawny attitude reminds the Incas that they once came from humble origins themselves so they view the two pantheons with a certain pride and gladly guide them when they want help or fight side by side with them if needed. It was through the Aesir that the Inca first came into contact with the Tuathe'de'anan, who they view as an extension of the Aesir pantheon, which sometimes leads to mistakes on their part (there was an incident back in the 70s when Kon mistook Hela for the Morrigan) but so far it hasn't caused any fracturing between the two pantheons. If anything, the celtic pantheon enjoys the confused looks the AnuApu get when they explain their relationship with the Aesir.
Most of the Incan pantheon also dislike the Atzlanti as they more than once has proven that sacrifice is more important than the cause you sacrifice for. They also dislike Quetzalcoatl for his role in destroying their empire.
The AnuApu
Redigera
Virtues: Duty, Endurance, Loyalty, Order
Much like the Incan Empire, the AnuApu puts a very deep focus on commuity and loyalty towards one's family. Few other pantheon's share their sense of 'vastness' of their family though, as the Incan put focus on their entire community with mandatory work shifts and a system of grain distribution that gave everyone their fare share. They even had a sort of insurance to those who were wounded or maimed during work or war as to either make them useful to the community in another way, or to make sure they were provided for.
The AnuApu strives for this as gods as well, seeking to join together the various causes the different pantheons have. They see the need for them to work as a community and are thus excellent diplomats, although some pantheons prefer to not have the Incas meddle in their work. They also strive for order in all things, seeing how chaos disrupts society and causes uncertainty to be a to big part of the equation.
Few things are as important to the AnuApu as their duty to their people and to their hierarchy of gods. A god is supposed to put his duty first and all gods are expected to be able to do their duty first. They also value the ability to endure despite what odds that are put against them, something that came in handy when the Spanish attacked their land. Loyalty is also highly valued by the Aztec as the sun god expects them all to remain loyal to each other and to their people, never turning their back on them in the hour of need.
Much like the Devas and the Aztecs, or even the Romans, the AnuApu has been conquerors of the past. Much like the Persian empire though, they allowed the conquered people to keep their gods and thus they gained the loyalty of the pantheons they conquered and in some cases they were even joined by them!
Apu
Redigera
Aka: Ako, The Apu
Not so much as a god as the personification of the many mountain spirits and the many gods who aren't part of the AnuApu per se, Apu is the collective consciousness of the world's mountain Huaca who has taken a divine form of its own in the AnuApa. Long before Inti was born from the waters of Viracocha, the creator god shaped the ocean floor and asked the spirits who resided there to rise up and create the first land. The spirits, convinced by the creator god's humble question did as he asked and left the ocean floor behind them to form the first dry land. Thus the Apu took form and they have been the helpful spirits of the mountains since then. Being the tallest mountains and the greatest peaks, Apu also have their domain stretched over the snow tops that bring water down into streams that mankind can use to grow their crops.
Today, Apu often takes the form of the elderly man wandering the mountains or hills who helps lost wanderers on their way and saves helpless animals from cruel hunters. He sometimes also comes across as an activist for the betterment of the environment close to mountains.

Catequil
Redigera
Aka: The Rising Cloud, the storm snake
Originally an ascended Scion of Quetzalcoatl who traded his allegiance from the Atzlanti pantheon to the Mayan pantheon and later on the Incan pantheon. He was from the beginning a very disgruntled Scion who disdained his father's peaceful ways and sought to make a name for himself as a warrior and god of power. He was twice bested when he tried to defeat Tezcatlipca and both times he was scorned by his father for even attempting to use violence as a solution to the troubles that the smoking mirror caused. This broke Catequil's hopes for the Atzlanti and he abandoned them in a search for greater glory among other pantheons who better suited his ways. He became known as the rising cloud when he came across the incan pantheon for the first time and his stormy personality draw the attention of Chascha, the godess of virgins. She convinced Inti to take Catequil into the pantheon and he quickly became a fresh wind in their sails.
As a new member of the AnuApu, Catequil searched for a way to prove himself and quickly found it in his ability to release the thunder from the clouds. With his spear, he struck the clouds and thus made them release the thunder and lightning that would bring and end to days of drought. He did also befriend Kon at a point, helping him to kill the Cloudgiant who was capturing all the rain of the world as to make mankind drown when he released it.
These days, Catequil is the rebellious warrior who's not only responsible for making the clouds roar with thunder but he also has a hand in making sure that twins are born. Catequil is the fighter who doesn't leave the ring despite being brutally beaten and the weather scientist who seem to be years ahead of his colleagues. For at least a century he has been seeking to make a name for himself as a war god and among many other gods, Catequil was recently very upset when Kon was awarded the title of War god as Catequil expected to the win the competition. He's furious at Inti for even allowing his son to compete despite having been drunk. This has caused Catequil to redouble his efforts to prove he's a better god of war than Kon is... some even whisper that this might've been the sun gods intention all along.

Chascha
Redigera
Aka: The laid Virgin, Chasca Coyllur
A godess who despite having slept with most other gods (and goddesses) remains an eternal virgin. Chascha protects all young women and keeps them safe before marriage, preventing men from taking advantage of them and shields them from danger. As an Incan goddess she also has a very strong focus on community and family, never seducing a married man unless she sees that it'll make him a better servant of his community. She appears with a hair that despite being black, appears to be made from gold. Her eyes are completely black and lacks any sort of iris while her skin tastes as if it was made from the sweetest and creamiest chocolate.
It was Chascha who made Inti formalize the first marriage as she pointed out to him that without marriage, men would be to easily led astray to benefit their community.
Differing from many other goddesses of love and procreation, Chascha was also a great huntress who not only struck envy in women with her looks, but also ensured that men would hunt for food as to provide their community with, if only to get a glimpse of her as she stalked the forest canopy with her bow. On order of Inti though, she abandoned her role as a hunter godess as to focus more on her role as a love goddess. Now however, as the Titans are once more seeking to become free of their prison, she must again take up her bow and seek them out whereever they can be found.
In this day and age, Chascha is the nurse at the low budget hospital, the maid who keeps rich young women company and prevent them from doing stupid mistakes.

Inti
Redigera
Aka: Inuti, Intui
The god of the sun, the giver of life and the benevolent patron god of the Incan empire, Inti is an old deity even compared to many others of the new world. It's said that he rose out of the sea before the dawn of man and that he has wandered the sky ever since, never letting his steps falter for anything less than the threat of humanity's destruction since the fall of the Incan Empire. Inti is a proud deity who seem to respects everyone and does whatever it takes to defend his communities as a whole. While this might cause him to sacrifice any given individual or spirit, he will claim that the greater good demands it.
Inti appears as a rather short man who's almost elderly but still has many youthful qualities. He's dressed in the formal robes of an Incan priest and wears a crown made from the sun itself. Few are those who can stare to look at the crown without being blinded from its sheer brilliance. Today, Inti appears as the leader of Human Aid organizations, the general who invades a country to dispose of a dictator, the humble priest who tends to the homeless and the builder of communities who are more in touch with nature.
Despite all this, Inti isn't afraid to use violence when it's needed. He was after all the Patron god of a people who conquered a lot of the western part of South America. When necessary he can muster the forces needed to pummel any opponent into submission... after all, he helped Veriocha defeat the ancient Rivals of his Empire.

Kon
Redigera
Aka: The Wind god, the storm, the south
The son of Mama Quilla and Inti (and thus the brother of the first Emperor of the Inca), Kon is a god of many talents and also the current "war god" of his pantheon. A god of rain and the personification of a young man who prefers a good party before going to war he can also appear as the more gentle aspect as the god of rain and the wind. Originally he had little duties that forced him to stay for long in the Overworld and he prefered to wander the wilderness of the world until he was awarded the War god title after having won a spear throwing contest that Inti held to determine who would become their next war god as the previous Incan war god had been slain by Titanspawn. Kon, drunk and unaware of the prize for the contest grabbed a spear and flung it far longer and more accurate than any other god of the pantheon and was thus awarded the title of war god.
Today Kon takes the role of the reluctant general who doesn't want to send his troops into the fight, the farm owner who always has enough to keep his family fed or the vagabond without any true home or direction in his life. Despite all this, he does what he can to aid his family and his pantheon as a whole.
Surprisingly enough though, Inti has recently discovered that Kon makes an excellent spy, seeing how he can move with the winds and move as silently as the clouds. He has also made a name for himself as an assassin after having accidentally stopped an invasion of the Incan godrealm by taking out the leader of the Titanspawn seeking to do so without anyone noticing and thus sowing chaos in their ranks.

Mama Quilla
Redigera
Aka: None
The godess of the Moon, the wife of Inti and one of the most beautiful women to ever have been born, Mama Quilla's beauty isn't physical, but spiritual. It's said that Inti was drawn to her out of not her looks, but out of the pureness and the connection to the Huaca that she and no other woman of that age had. Much like her husband, she's very benevolent, but she places her people and her pantheon before the rest of the world (or Overworld for that matter). While her husband seeks to support humanity as a whole, Mama Quilla is still angry at the loss of her empire and she seeks to rebuild it... no matter the cost as long as she and her pantheon remain the gods that the new empire worship.
At the dawn of the rise of the Inca empire, Inti believed himself to have ascended Mama Quilla to divinty, but in reality, she was a Scion of V... who ascended thanks to the power of the ichor in her as well as the blessing given by Inti.
Mama Quilla appears, despite her name 'mama', as barely 17 years of age with a wide hip, slender waist and large breasts. She's dressed in not much more than a simple robe made from the silvery light of the moon and her long black hair seems to reach to the earth and beyond. In the modern day, she appears as the daughter of a millionaire who has no interest in her whatsoever, or the lover of a CEO who gives her what she wants without really getting anything back from it. She seeks to remain faithful to her husband at all times, although she does what she has to in order to keep her family safe.

Pachamama
Redigera
Aka: Panamanian, The Earth Mother
The creator and part of the Incan underworld, Pachamama is the mother who gave birth to many of the lesser deities of the world and also helped the world into its current shape (in fact in some ways she is the world). She's a loving mother and also responsible for having fostered many of the gods of the AnuApu, alotugh Chascha is the most famous of the, (altough she claims ignorance on whom taught her to be promiscuous). She's the one who are responsible for the crops that grow and feed mankind and at the dawn of time, she married Pacha Cama to create the ocean bottom were Vericocha later would create the rest of the world.
As she's not only the giver of life but also the protector of life, the earth mother seeks to do no creature any harm, not even the Titanspawn that threatens to invade her realm and destroy her offspring. She's dedicated to peace and refuses to lift a weapon even in self-defense. Despite this, the other gods are very protective of her even if she doesn't add much to the fight against the titans. She's after all the mother of the earth and it was she who Vericocha might've sired the world with. Especially Supay views her as the mother of all things and have a very loving relationship with her, which unites life and death.
Today, Pachamamatakes the form of the loving teacher who seeks to inspire her students, the godmother who always gives children small treats and the lovable lady who lives next door.

Supay
Redigera
Aka: None
The god of the underworld and the caretaker of all dead souls, Supay is the guardian who keeps the dead from leaving the underworld and returning to the living world. He's also the one responsible for taming the Pukaquari, a race of demons originally spawned from Pacha Camac to cause disorder and chaos in the world. Nowdays he mostly rides in his carriage that the souls of the dead carry and he avoids interfering in the human world as much as possible. When he so does, he often takes the shape of a priest or a mortician.
Supay appears normally as a young man with a bald head and a bright face, never seeking to do harm or cause pain. He represents the 'good death' that could be attained by following the Incan society's standards. On the other side, he can also appear as a frightening demon with fangs, eyes of charcoal and breathing fire. In that form he represents the death caused by betrayal and bad deeds.
Supay was also the one who was given responsibility to form the Incan underworld by Inti. He drove away the essence and aura of Pacha Camac from the cave that Inti hid his wife in and then dug deeper into the earth until he reached the end of reality, where he dug some more and then created a vast cavern that then became the underworld of the Incas. The previous underworld that Inti and his fellow gods sent the human souls to was abandoned and its said it still remains somewhere in the Underworld.

Viracocha
Redigera
Aka: Virac
At the dawn of the world, when there was nothing else than the vast ocean and the unruly chaos beneath the waves ruled by Pacha Camac, Viracocha was the god of everything. It was he, the creator god, who convinced the mountains to rise from the ocean floor and it was he who gave birth to Inti when he felt that the world needed a light to guide it. No legend of his creation has been told among the humans as he, to them, have always been there. He was the water that covered the world and it was he who realized, despite being the creator god, that he couldn't rule alone. Virachocha thus stood down from his great peak upon which he watched the other gods and he shared his power with them. This became clear when he told the other deities that he couldn't have defeated the Inca's rivals without Inti's help, something that was true despite his power as Viracocha didn't have the same leadership skills as Inti. Since then, he has guided them both when they would listen and when they refused to listen. He created the first Inca Scion, Hixxuala, who later became Mama Quilla and he hid the fact that she was a scion from Inti so that he would feel pride over himself and thus better lead his people.
In the modern day and age, Viracocha appears as the elderly CEO of a company who turns a profit but still manages to give back to the community, the beggar who just has enough to share with his fellows or the kindly governor who seeks to aid his people in anyway possible. No matter the role he takes, he's always compassionate and humble in his appearance. For this reason alone, there's a rumor that Viracocha was once a Titan who stepped down and became a god to avoid having to fight with his children.

Ukhu Pacha and Hurin Pacha (The Underworld)
Redigera
The underworld of the AnaApu is divided into two different realms and while both are the home of the earth mother one of them is the realm for the glorious Inca ancestors and heroes, while the other is the realm for the 'regular' dead who serve no other purpose than to live out their afterlife in the palms of Supay. The heroes of the underworld serves a dual purpose though... the most revered of the heroes are put to guard the afterlife from interfering mortals as well as preventing the dead from escaping their afterlife and returning to the mortal coil. Inti once ordered Supay to set the afterlife up like this so that man wouldn't overflow the earth and bring ruin in their wake. Therefore, death was originally created as a safety mechanism to keep the world safe from overpopulation.
To prove oneself worthy of entering Hurin Pacha (the afterlife of the heroes) one must have tried to live according to the virtues of the AnaApu. They must score at least 1 success on three of the four virtues that the AnaApu hold dear. If one does so, they are placed on eternal guard duty. Only those who possess all 4 virtues of the AnaApu and has at least 2 dots in each are awarded the true afterlife of a hero.
Those who die an ordinary death and has one or fewer of the AnaApu virtues are sent to Ukhu Pacha, the underworld of men. Here they live mostly like they did in their past lives only that they are slowly joined into the great Huaca net that prevents the Titan Pacha Camac from absoring the world and the underworld into himself. The process of being made into one with the Huaca of the underworld takes at least a century for the weakest souls and longer for those who were particularly strong willed in their life.
The Cradle of Supay
Redigera
The Underworld of the Incas is so large that it actually has its own sky and its own mountains in some places. One of these places is the Cradle of Supay which is a huge mountain split into two. From there, Supay guards the entrance into the underworld and its also there that he makes his home and his throne. There Supay is surrounded by beautiful women who he took to his side in their prime of their life as to serve him as concubines into eternity.
The Deep Ocean
Redigera
In the furthest depths of the underworld, when one can dig no further, one can find water slowly leaking out of the cavern floor. This water is the first water to ever have existed... the waters from which Inti were born and Viracocha once was part. This water is said to be able to restore mortal form to a dead soul, hence why many dead seek to travel to the depths of the underworld despite the perilous track and many demons that lurks in the shadows. This is were Pacha Camac tries to eat into the underworld and then spill out into the world and its here that the barrier is located. If one strikes a hole in the cavern floor, one falls into the deep ocean and is lost without way and enters Pacha Camac. This however, is forbidden as it weakens the barrier that the Sun God once raised to keep the world from being devoured.
Hanan Pacha (The Overworld)
Redigera
The Overworld of the incas have three layers which are distinctivly different from eachother. The first layer is the clouds which houses all the lightning in the world, all the rain and all the rainbows. It's from here that the gods study the world and learn how their schemes affect the living. This is the home of most of the gods and only Inti and Virachocha have their abodes on the two higher levels.
The clouds
Redigera
an infinitive layer of clouds stretches out from the entrance to the overworld, leaving one to believe that one has gotten lost. A perfectly constructed road leads the way though, so it's impossible to get lost among the clouds unless one seeks to do so deliberately and even then its a feat in itself. The road takes one to the heavenly city, which looks like a Divine Machu Pichu that have withstood the forces of time and erosion. Here resides all the gods and their servants.
The Cloud City
Redigera
The cloud city looks and feels much like the Ancient Incan cities. Hundreds of servants of the gods do their work there and does anything from cleaning the cloths of the gods to serve their every need. In the middle of the city stands a huge pyramid, dedicated to Inti the sun god, while the rest of the gods have their homes placed in a perfect circle around the pyramid. Its at the top of the pyramid were the gods have their communal gatherings.
the Sun
Redigera
The abode if Inti and also the most radiant building in the cosmos if you ask the gods of the AnaApu.
Titan: Pacha Camac - Discord
Redigera
Aka: The destroyer or roads, Chaos seeder
When Viracocha filled the world with his presence, there was already something there that was opposed to the order and reign of the once god of everything. When Inti was born from Viracocha's waters, something tried to drown the new born sun and pull it deep to the ocean floor. That something, was Pacha Camac, the discord of the Inca pantheon, the snow that makes roads untraversible and the mudslide that destroys the roads between cities. All the deities of the AnuApu know full well that what kept their empire and their pantheon togheter was the unity they felt towards each other and thus Pacha Camac represents the destruction of all that's united in their great pantheon. It was he who whispered into Pizzaros ear that using the roads the incan built to support their empire was a great way to destroy them from within and once Pizzaros troops had passed, Pacha Camac destroyed the roads to prevent people from communicating with each other.
Pacha Camac greatest flaw is that it can't hide itself from the eyes of its opponents. No matter what it does, it can't prevent its aura from seeping into the surrounding and causing otherwise orderly things to begin to behave strangely. Water goes from calm to storm in just a second, machines ceases to function and gods start to behave oddly.

Prominent Features
Redigera
Pacha Camac's realm isn't really a physical place per se, rather it's a sensation one feels when entering an otherwise familiar place. A Scion might find itself wandering into its childhood home with things randomly displaced and altered. People the Scion knew who are dead might appear as twisted and angry shades of themselves while the Scion himself will slowly begin to feel the bonds of loyalty towards his band begin to slip.
Thanks to its chaotic nature, no roads can be trusted inside of Pacha Camac. In fact, following a road is a certain way to doom yourself as it ultimately leads into the clutches of one of the Titan Avatars. Roads alter their shape and familiarity between instants and a Scion can suddenly find himself more lost if he finds a road than if he hadn't.
Sample Passage
Redigera
To pass into Pacha Camac one must first abandon all ties to their former comrades. A band must all spit on on the ground, cursing each others name (and a spend a point of legend) then go separate ways, preferably avoiding any roads nearby. This will cause Pacha Camac to let them enter his realm. A lone scion can't enter Pacha Camac that way unless he finds a great friend and does the same thing to him. Another way to enter the realm is to find a road that has been broken, covered in mud or anything of the like and travel along the way were the road should've been while spending a point of legend. The road will then swallow the Scion who will find himself in Pacha Camac...
Pacha Camac
Redigera
Aka: Discord
Legend: 12
The dominant avatar of Pacha Camac, shares his name with the Titan. In reality, Pacha Camac is as much a title as an avatar in itself and has since the dawn of his being tried to destroy the gods and their creation. Before Inti was birthed, Pacha Camac assaulted Viracocha with endless chrashing waves, hoping to drown the god as soon as he had separated from the Titan.
After having failed to drown the creator god, the avatar pulled back and was ready to once more strike at the God when he saw that Viracocha created Pachamama, the earth godless. Stricken by her beauty, Pacha Camac's anger ebbed and he charmed her and took her as his bride. Pacha Camac truly loved her and thus felt extremely betrayed as she birthed the ocean floor that would become the Apu and the land that Inti's glorious rays would fill. Since then, Pacha Camac has constantly waged a war to pull Pachamama into himself so that the world will cease to be.
Pariacaca
Redigera
Aka: None
Legend: 10
When the Inca first encountered Pariacaca, they thought he was a god of water from a pre-incan mythology that they gladly accepted into their fold as one of the wisest of their numbers. Pariacaca did everything he could to help his fellow gods and acted as a diplomat between other pantheons, but Inti soon recognized something odd about the newcomer to their pantheon. Every solution that Pariacaca came up with seemed fine at first, but it always came undone into even worse chaos than before. Soon enough, Inti confronted the elderly god, who at first denied Inti's suspicions, but when Inti was about to leave, Pariacaca turned into a huge tidal wave who threatened to swallow the sun god and put out the sun in the sky. Only the combined efforts of the gods of the pantheon drove Pariacaca back into the waters of the ocean were he once more joined the Titan he was an avatar off.
Pariacaca passionately hate the Incas and especially Inti as the Sun god evaporates water. However, the avatar has a soft spot Chascha, refusing to harm the godess as he considers her his future bride.
